EZ-Gro partnered with Level Nine Media to evolve from a small-scale e-commerce brand into a scalable, multi-channel growth operation. The engagement extended beyond website optimization - it included a full brand refresh, logo redesign, visual identity alignment, and the development of a new flagship product: the EZ-Gro Microgreens Grow Kit.
We restructured the Shopify storefront for improved conversion performance, optimized Amazon marketplace listings for greater visibility, and engineered retail-ready packaging and positioning strategy. The newly developed microgreens grow kit was selected through a national retail showcase and secured a significant Walmart purchase order - marking a pivotal expansion into large-scale distribution.

What The Issues Were
The Challenge

Underperforming Shopify Conversion Structure
The existing Shopify storefront lacked conversion-focused architecture. Product pages were not optimized for buyer psychology, navigation flow created friction, and messaging did not clearly communicate value. As a result, traffic was not converting at its full potential.

Limited Product & Marketplace Visibility
