Pipes, Papes, & Vapes is a glass shop and vape shop that has 18 locations in the DFW area. They approached us with a number of challenges that they thought were impossible to overcome, yet when we were finished their sales quadrupled.
The Problem:
Not only do Pipes, Papes & Vapes sell regulated products (nicotine) online that are subject to special laws, taxes and credit card merchant processing, they also needed a site to would support their radio marketing efforts and could be used by both their sales team and the average customer.
Fortunately, they picked the right platform and the right company to help them. PPV's site was a collaborative project with Ronnie the owner providing design ideas and files and Level Nine Media doing custom web development work.
The Solution
We created an ecommerce website using the Wix platform that is very user friendly on the backend to easily make website updates. We designed multiple webpage stores in order to maintain the consistency of the different types of content with latest web development and design best practices.
